Refund policy


Exchanges:
  • To initiate an exchange or return, please log in to your account using this link and place your request within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • All exchanged products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once. Please ensure that you select the correct size during the exchange process.
  • Once your exchange is confirmed, our delivery guy will schedule a pickup within 48 hours. As these charges are two-way, we kindly request our customers to pay a one-way charge of ₹130. Alternatively, you can choose to self-ship the products back to us, and we will not charge the pickup fee.
  • Please ensure that the exchanged item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Upon receiving the exchanged item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size or product will be in stock.
  • The refunded amount will be issued as store credit only, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
For customers residing in unserviceable pincodes:
  • If your pincode is unserviceable for our pick-up service, you are required to self-ship the product back to us.
  • After your refund request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the self-shipment.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation and Refund:

  • We regret to inform you that refund is not possible against any orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order before making the purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards or items bought using a discount coupon.
Sizes XXL and XXXL are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. These sizes are meticulously crafted upon order placement to ensure a perfect fit!
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
